Reuse or Refuse?

Img_0028

ref·use (2)
[ref-yoos]
-noun
1 something that is discarded as worthless or useless; rubbish; trash; garbage.

-adjective
2 rejected as worthless; discarded: refuse matter.

Some of the thoughts, habits, words and things we routinely place in the recycle bin are better suited for the trash can. Not everything is fit, safe or wise to reuse.

If it's painful, unproductive or no longer profitable...pitch it.

Don't reuse what should be refuse.

Escape or Endure and Evolve

Img_0026
It's not that we want relationships, jobs, or friendships to end, it's that we want them to change, but don't know how. Ending seems easier. It's not, always. It starts within. Change on the inside produces change on the outside.

If you're always picking up your toys and going to another sandbox or running into the same problems with different faces, that may be a sign. ; )

Endurance is often better than escape, and builds esteem.

Predicaments, Pain & Patience

Img_0025

The notion that your pain, problem or position is somehow more potent, prevailing or pressing than another's leads to a lack of compassion.

Your predicament isn't necessarily more prodigious or peculiar. It is, however yours and no less pervasive...it's just different.

We're all in pain at one point or another. Practice Patience and Compassion...acknowledge the pain of another and try to make it better.

That's a promising prospect for a pleasant life for all...
